Community Noticeboard
There's always lots going on in and around Ilkley, and we will put up notices and posters of local events on this page. We regularly update this page so please come back to check for new events. All events are listed in date order.
We also send out a weekly news bulletin with useful information about what's going on at All Saints as well as church family news. If you'd like to sign up for this, then you can do so here.

Sunday July 19th - St Margaret's Day
St Margaret's has a new, large and beautiful icon of 'St Margaret of the Moor' which has been written in the Byzantine style by artist Peter Murphy. The icon is a gift from a legacy to the church given by two long-standing members of the congregation who died some years ago and there will be a day of celebration on Sunday July 19th.

Sunday July 26th - People's Emergency Briefing
A free community film screening about the threats posed by the climate and nature crisis, followed by a discussion to explore how we can respond to the risks.
The film, hosted by broadcaster and environmental campaigner Chris Packham, is based on the National Emergency Briefing that was delivered by leading UK experts to more than 1,200 MPs, peers and leaders from business, culture, faith, sport and the media in Westminster Central Hall last November. The experts addressed the implications of climate and nature breakdown on food security, health, national security, infrastructure and the economy.
Chris Packham has said: “I’d encourage people everywhere to attend a screening of The People’s Emergency Briefing. It creates exactly the kind of honest local conversation we now urgently need, both about what these changes mean where we live, and about what we can do together to address them.”
All welcome. More info here: www.nebriefing.org
