Phase 2
What is the Phase 2 project?
And just like that, it's been 5 years since Phase 1 of our Building Redevelopment Project was completed!
Our redeveloped Church building, kitchen and toilet facilities along with our new (glass fronted) Link building have enabled these spaces to be used in so many different ways, and we have been thrilled to see these spaces well used and enjoyed by the church family and our wider community. As well as our wide-ranging programme of Church activities, we have loved hosting the Ilkley Literature Festival, the Ilkley Chamber and Philharmonic Orchestras, Ilkley Town Council, local refugee support groups, local charity and community groups, choirs and other musical groups, the birthday parties and everyone else who has walked through our doors. We have also been delighted to be able to offer Ilkley Foodbank a permanent home in one of our office spaces and welcome the significant numbers of visitors who come into Church to experience the extensive history and heritage of our buildings as part of their visit to our town.
We are now planning for the second (and final) phase of improvements to our buildings so that we can expand and develop our contribution into the wider community. In January this year, we launched the fundraising appeal for Phase 2 so that we can redevelop the rest of Church House, which includes our church hall and main office space. The intention is to have quality, flexible facilities across all our buildings, with improved heating, lighting and disability access. There will also be a new meeting room for church and community usage and all rooms will be accessible without going outside!

'The Great All Saints Auction' - Saturday November 23rd 2024
A great chance to get some Christmas shopping done, for your friends and family and perhaps something for yourself too. All proceeds go towards our Phase 2 Appeal.
If you can't make it on the night, we will also be taking sealed bids via the Church Office.
If you would like to contribute a lot, we'd love to hear from you. Perhaps you have a holiday home and can offer a week's accommodation; event tickets; collectors' items; practical help you can offer someone (e.g. babysitting, DIY)?
Please get in touch with the Church Office (office@allsaintsilkley.org) for more information.
Future fundraising events
We will update this website and our social media channels with more details on each fundraising event as they approach. Please check in regularly and follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
Update on our 'Yorkshire 3 Peaks' Challenge
On Saturday July 6th, a group from All Saints walked the Yorkshire 3 Peaks to raise funds for our Phase 2 Appeal. Please see our Facebook and Instagram feeds for photos from the day.
Thank you so much to everyone who has sponsored and supported our walkers! If you would still like to sponsor our walkers, it's not too late - their GoFundMe sponsorship page (www.gofundme.com/yorkshirethreepeaks2024) is still open. Any donation, however large or small, would be greatly appreciated!
Making a donation
If you would like to make a donation towards our fundraising appeal, thank you very much! Every gift, large or small, will be of huge value as we aim to reach our fundraising target. These response forms contain further information as to how you can give and notify us of your donation. If you would like to make a one-off or regular donation by debit or credit card, then please visit our dedicated Phase 2 CAF Donate page. If you are a UK taxpayer, then please consider Gift Aiding your donation as it will add an extra 25% to your donation (at no cost to you).
If you have any questions about this project, then please email ASI.Phase2@allsaintsilkley.org.
Thank you for all your support and generosity!
